In Tanzil, memory, identity, and intent shape the world around it. I started with graph paper and pencils, dice and friends. By the time Tanzil was born, I already had a million little stories that lived in it. I just had to figure out which ones to tell first.

Hi. I’m
Chris.
I write character-driven fantasy about grief, identity, neurodivergence, and the strange places we find belonging along the way. Tanzil gives me room to explore how our found families tend to find us just when we need them, and how the memories that define us can become a source of real power.
I also may have built more world than will fit in one (or several) books… and I’m oddly okay with that.
